The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code 3(1)(xi) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

It is alleged that petitioners pushed the informant on the ground and assaulted with fists and slaps, when her daughter came to rescue she was also assaulted and abused. The petitioners threatened the informant to withdraw the application submitted before the Superintendent of Police submitted against an attempt to outrage modesty of the daughter of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9492 of 2015 (2) dt.21-04-2015 2/2 that for the occurrence of 13.09.2013 the F.I.R. was registered on 16.09.2013 whereas petitioner no.1 filed Complaint Case No. 1508 C of 2013 on 09.07.2013 against son-in-law of the informant in which summon ha been issued against son-in-law. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the delay in lodging of the case and complaint case lodged by petitioners' side at earlier point of time, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai SC/ST P.S. Case No.159 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
