2. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging non compliance of order dated 11.01.2016 passed in CWJC No. 11280 of 2008.
3. By the said order, the authorities were to consider the case of the petitioner afresh for regularization in terms of the relevant Rules of the year 2002. In the show cause filed on behalf
Patna High Court MJC No.2130 of 2017 dt.07-08-2019 2/2 of opposite party no. 2, copy of order dated 22.04.2019 has been brought on record by which the Secretary, Rural Development Department, Bihar, Patna has considered the case of the petitioner and has rejected his claim for reasons mentioned therein.
4. In such view of the matter, the present application alleging contempt having become infructuous, stands disposed off.
5. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to assail the order dated 22.04.2019 before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
