2. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Belchhi P.S. Case No. 85 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got three criminal antecedents and they are in custody since 04.06.2023.

4. It is alleged that petitioners are accused of committing theft.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54681 of 2023(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Barh, Patna in connection with Belchhi P.S. Case No. 85 of 2021.

6. The petitioners will visit Malsalami Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners.
