The petitioner seeks bail in Economic offence case no 6 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 292, 500, 506 and 507 Indian Penal Code and section 67(A), 67(B) of Information Technology Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that all the sections of the I.P.C. are bailable except Section 67(A) and 67(B) of I.T. Act. It has been further submitted that there is no material which contains any obscenity with regard to the school rather there is general opinion made in those articles. Petitioner is suffering from mental disease since 2014. In support of which, various medical prescriptions have been

Petitioner is in custody since 31.5.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM Patna in connection with Economic offence case no 6 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
