JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-05-2022 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application as against petitioners No. 1, 2, 4 and 5. Permitted to be withdrawn.

It is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioners No. 1,2,4 and 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner No. 3 apprehends his arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 186 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case of the case and also the allegations levelled against the petitioner, the prayer of the petitioner No. 3 for grant of anticipatory bail is accordingly rejected. It is, accordingly, dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
