Mr.Anil Kumar Singh No. 1 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Natwar P.S. Case no. 61 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that in the evening of 14.07.2018 informant Lalbabu Singh was sitting at his door. In the meantime, Rajendra Singh and Mahesh Singh came there and Mahesh Singh caused injury at the head of Jitendra Kumar, son of the informant. Thereafter, Rajendra Singh started to abuse and called his son Jai Prakash Singh, who came and made firing, which hit at the right ring finger of his son Jitendra Kumar. Thereafter, petitioner, brother in law of Jai Prakash

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with allegation of making firing, but none sustained injury. Further submission is that, in fact, petitioner is brother-in-law of co-accused Jai Prakash Singh due to that reason, he has also been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
