The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the minor daughter of the informant was being taken by the petitioner Lalita and subsequently it was found that the victim was allowed to elope with Rupesh Kumar, S/o of petitioners for purposes of marriage.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 04.11.2014 the First Information Report was registered on 01.12.2014. The statement of victim under section 164 Cr.P.C. has been

No.9548 of 2015 (2) dt.21-04-2015 brought on record as Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit while suggests that the victim got her age recorded 20 years, the Court assessed her aged 18 years. If victim in her statement has stated that she has performed marriage with Rupesh Kumar. Petitioners are the parents of Rupesh Kumar.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 277 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
