The petitioner seeks bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 689 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273, 290, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 30(A), 34, 38 and 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged in the written report that 23.890 litres of illicit foreign liquor and one Motorcycle have been recovered from door of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 9.6.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48689 of 2019(2) dt.09-08-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur, Distt. Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 689 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
