JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 31-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 335 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 308, 384, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant and took away Rs. 14,000/- from his pocket. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.06.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
