Mr.Rajendra Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 23-03-2022 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2021, chargesheet has been submitted and has antecedent of four cases and the informant alleges that he received a secret information that the accused of case Crime No. 93 of 2021 have come to the house of the petitioner, accordingly, the house of the petitioner was raided by the police and a country-made pistol and a live cartridge were found from under the bed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the

The learned counsel further submits that allegation is under the Arms Act and the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly nine months.

The learned APP vehemently opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2021, chargesheet has been submitted, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 94 of 2021, with a condition that one of the bailor shall be the father (Frade Ansari) of the petitioner.
