Having regard to the nature of allegation for offence under sections 302/201/120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act, this Court by taking into account that though the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. but whatever materials have been collected in course of investigation do show some sort of role played by the petitioners, would not be inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to them.

That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected but nothing said in this order shall come in the way of the petitioners in surrendering and making a prayer for regular bail.
