2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . It is alleged that 27.500 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the seized motorcycle .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized motorcycle . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioner has got 1 criminal antecedent of similar nature in which he is on bail.

Considering the fact that aforesaid facts and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive special Court Excise - 2 Nawada in connection with Excise Police Station Case No. 234 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS) , 2023 .
