Pankaj Kumar Das, learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned GA 10 for the State.

At the outset learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner seeks to delete the relief as prayed for in para 1(ii) of the writ petition in course of the day, in view of the fact that petitioner's grievance can be redressed by respondent no.3, the Director, Primary Education, Education Department, Government of Bihar.

4. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner seeks to

5. The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
