2. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 66948 of 2022 vide order dated 16.03.2023 and there is no fresh ground to reconsider his prayer for bail of this petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is again rejected.
