====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he alongwith other co-accused and 2-3 unknown persons riding on motorcycles, having fire-arms in their hands, made indiscriminate firing in Bazar to create havoc and thereafter, fled away towards Dominiya Pool.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. In the alleged firing, no one sustained any fire-arm injury. Petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2025.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner and submits that petitioner has got nine criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that petitioner has got nine criminal antecedents, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is rejected.
