JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 The petitioner, by way of the present writ petition, has sought for payment of arrears of salary for the period from 30.05.2015 to 03.09.2015 as well as over time wages and other payment of dues.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Manager (Store) Food Corporation of India, Mokama, Patna has written to the Regional Manager, Food Corporation of India, Didgha-ghat, Patna regarding sanction of the outstanding arrears of salary etc. which are required to be paid to the petitioner herein.

In view of the aforesaid, the respondent no.4 is

Patna High Court CWJC No.13415 of 2017 (2) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 directed to pay the admitted dues and arrears of salary etc. to the petitioner herein within a period of four weeks from today. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
