Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 221 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 186, 353, 222/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent and there is no chance of her absconding, this anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62062 of 2021(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-XIII, Patna Sadar, Patna, in connection with Ramkrishnagar P.S. Case No. 221 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is also subject to the condition that at the time of furnishing bail bonds, the petitioner shall give an undertaking in writing that in future she will not involve in such kind of crime and if in future she is found to be involved in such kind of crime then her bail bonds shall be cancelled. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall only be accepted by the Court below if her husband surrenders before the Delhi Police in connection with Bindapur P.S. Case No. 400 of 2021.
