2. State counsel accepts notice for the respondents.

3. Counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to furnish hard copy of the writ petition to the counsel for the State/respondents.

4. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

A. For a direction, commanding the respondents to consider and finalise the case of Petitioner for payment of Death Gratuity, Leave Encashment, balance amount of salary of her deceased husband Late Binod Bihari Singh along with statutory interest thereupon besides the case of Compassionate

B. To grant any other incidental, consequential or other relief/reliefs, to which the petitioner is found entitled and Your Lordships may deem fit in the ends of justice."

5. The aforesaid relief is supported by application/representation dated 28.10.2020. The concerned respondent has not taken any decision in either accepting or rejecting the petitioner's grievance stated in the representation, therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to pass speaking order if the petitioner is not eligible. If the petitioner is otherwise eligible for the relief sought in the representation, the same shall be extended within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order, failing which, the petitioner is entitled to litigation cost and it is quantified at Rs. 25,000/-. With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed off.
