No.8360 of 2013 vide order dated 01.04.2015 in connection with Complaint Case No.1127 of 2010 on the ground that the initially this Court had called for DNA report but without consideration of receipt of the same bail was granted to the Opposite Party No.2.

Since no ground for cancellation is made out, the application is dismissed.
