In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.210 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is direct allegation against the petitioner to have snatched the money of the informant and from the possession of the petitioner money and bag were recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 17.04.2016.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completing 10 months' judicial custody. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
