2. The present petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 30.11.2018 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 37932 of 2018 arising out of Complaint Case No. 2863 of 2017.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain arrear amounts to be paid by O.P. No. 2 to the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for O.P. No. 2 submits that although O.P. No. 2 is making payment in view of the order
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62260 of 2021(9) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 dated 30.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37932 of 2018 and O.P. No. 2 undertakes to make payment of arrear amount within one month. He further submits that Cr. Misc. No. 67882 of 2018 is pending before this Court. Learned counsels for the parties submit that in the said case both the parties shall participate in the mediation proceeding. Hence, this case may be disposed of.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
6. In view of the submissions of learned counsels for the parties, the present Criminal Miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
