The petitioners have prayed for quashing of an order dated 18.04.2013 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Khagaria Muffasil P.S.Case no.35/2013,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26953 of 2013 (3) dt.22-04-2016 2/2 whereby the learned Magistrate after examining the case diary has passed order of cognizance for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Sri Sanjay Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that there was specific accusation against the petitioner. I do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order. The petition stands dismissed. Let a copy of this order be sent to the court below forthwith.
