The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 884 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 216, 188, 353, 332 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that, on receiving information about presence of Md. Saddam accused of Simraha P.S. Case No. 626 of 2018, informant along with other police personnel reached at village Doriya Sonpur, where eight persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner along with 30 to 40 males and females came there and made protest to arrest accused Saddam and interfered in discharge of official duty.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48340 of 2019(2) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and other co-villagers have been implicated in the present case mere on suspicion and petitioner, who is lady, has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araira, in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 884 of 2018., subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
