The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 342 of 2013 registered for the offence under Section 406, 427, 504, 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in a virtual case of breach of contract colour of criminal offence has been given by the informant and only with a view to put undue pressure to realize the loan amount the present F.I.R. has been lodged.
I have perused the F.I.R. and the materials available on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19044 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 record. It is a fit case for extending the privilege of bail. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of one month from today, let the petitioner namely, Prabhu Ram be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 342 of 2013 under the conditions as contemplated under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
