JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that in huge quantity, country made liquor as well as Indian Made Foreign Liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Industrial P.S.Case No. 25 of 2016, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Bhagalpur stands rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
