JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-37 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. One Anita Devi was arrested with 80 bottles of Indian Made liquor, kept on a rickshaw by the police and the said Anita Devi stated that she had purchased the said liquor from the petitioner. It appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 19-05-2016.
Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34983 of 2016 (2) dt.22-08-2016 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 125 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
