Learned counsel for the Food Corporation of India submits that the statutory review application in terms of Rule-74 of the F.C.I. Staff Regulation, 1971 is still pending and therefore, this writ application seems to be premature.
This Court on perusal of Annexure-10, 11 and 12 would find that not only the petitioner had filed his review application on 03.11.2014, but he had also
Patna High Court CWJC No.6263 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 submitted his representations on 12.12.2014 and 14.01.2015 for expeditious disposal of his review application.
In that view of the matter, while this writ application is held to be premature but then the competent authority is directed to dispose of the review application expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
