JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 307, 504, 506, 34 of IPC.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he pulled the hand of wife of the informant and also pulled her Sari. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the whole allegation is false and concocted, as son and nephew has also been made accused in this case and it is not expected that petitioner to commit such type of occurrence before his son and nephew.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48367 of 2019(2) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
