Petitioner is accused in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No.01 of 2016 registered under Sections 387, 427, 502, 120(B) of the I.P.C. and 17 C.L.A. Act and 10, 12, 16, 17, 18, and 20 of the U.A.P.A.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of Dilip Manjhi. Except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner, having no criminal antecedent, is in custody since

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., VII, Saran at Chhapra in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No.01 of 2016.
