1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 354, 379, 447, 427, 504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.341 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a women and the informant alleges that on account of dispute relating to land Vinay assaulted him by an iron rod causing injury on head, thereafter, all accused assaulted her mother causing injury and demolished the boundary wall and thereafter Anshu and Aashish took away cycle, stand fan and rupees thirty thousand.

4. The learned counsel submits that petitioner has

It is also submitted that on account of dispute relating to land the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place in which both sides assaulted each other. It is also submitted that no specific allegation of assault is alleged against the petitioner, rather allegation of assault is against Binay.

5. The learned APP for the State opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.341 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. The application stands allowed.
