JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 304/2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 498(A), 341, 323, 384, 406, 307/34 of the IPC and 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant has married with Shyambabu Paswan and her father has given gifts according to his capacity. It is further stated that they have tortured her for a demand of Rs. 50,000/- as cash. It is further stated that due to non-fulfilment of said demand of dowry accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21382 of 2015 (3) dt.04-09-2015 2/3 persons caused cruelty and harassment to the informant followed with assault. It is further stated that they were not giving food two days. In the meantime, his father arranged panchayati but they were not ready to accept panchayati. It is further stated that she informed her father who came and tried to pacify the matter but accused persons ousted her from in-laws home after snatching her belonging and trying to burn her.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners the petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 are father-in-law, mother-in-law and Dewar respectively of the informant. It is further submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no concern with affairs of the husband of the informant.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 304 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Sikarhana at Motihari, East
