The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case, in short, is that the belongings of the informant was snatched by the accused persons. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 19.2.2019 and have got no criminal antecedent. Charge-sheet/prosecution report has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners are not named in the F.I.R.. The names of the petitioners have

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48328 of 2019(2) dt.02-08-2019 2/2 transpired on the basis of confession of co-accused. The petitioner has not been put on T.I.P.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 520/2018.
