In this case, petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is case and counter case from both sides. Allegation has been made that the dispute arose in connection with irrigating their field. In the first information report it has been alleged that petitioners have abused and assaulted the victim badly.

In the first information report there is a general and omnibus allegation made against all the petitioners.

Jha, Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Katihar in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C..
