Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 28.2.2016.

No doubt, present case has been registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, deceased is said to have died within two years of her marriage and there is allegation of illegal demand and torturing against the petitioner and others but investigation against the petitioner has already been completed. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Motihari Mufassil P.S.
