II. For issuance of any direction(s) directing the respondents to take legal action against those persons who are constructing illegal construction over the Kabristan land.

2. It appears that petitioner has raised a personal grievance in present writ petition. Such individual grievance cannot be entertained upon in a PIL.

3. If so advised, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the competent local authorities for the redressal of his grievance in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Pending Application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
