The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Karjain P.S. Case No. 43 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in land dispute occurrence had taken place. He further submits that after the occurrence subsequent development has taken place and both the parties have proposed to resolve their dispute. In view of the facts and circumstances, the petition stands disposed of.
