JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 31-07-2019 Petitioner has filed this modification application for extension of time to surrender before the learned lower Court in compliance of the order dated 18.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.25095 of 2019.

Vide the aforesaid order, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the learned lower Court within four weeks and furnish the bail bond but the petitioner has not surrendered within the stipulated period rather has sought extension of time submitting that he is working in a private company in Delhi and nobody has informed him regarding the fate of the case, hence he could not surrender before the learned lower Court within the stipulated period.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
