In this case, the appellant is claiming certain benefits, which are still pending before the authority concerned. It has been submitted that the appellant while

Patna High Court L.P.A No.941 of 2017 dt.30-08-2019 2/3 working as 4th Grade employee i.e. Peon, was not granted the benefit arising from 6th Pay Revision Commission Report and claimed that other similarly situated persons were given the same excluding this appellant.

Learned Single Judge in the order dated 24.05.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 21623 of 2014 has taken note of the fact that the appellant has been given all retiral benefits and even the pension in the revised pay scale has also been granted. The benefit which the appellant is claiming at present is of the period when he was working as 4th Grade employee i.e. Peon.

In such view of the matter, let the appellant file a detailed representation to the Circle Officer, Jhajha, Jamui, making out his claim for the benefit arising from 6th Pay Revision Commission Report. If such a representation is filed, the Circle Officer, Jhajha, Jamui, will consider the same and examine the entitlement of the appellant for the benefit arising from the 6th Pay Revision Commission Report and difference of the amount, if any, would be paid to the appellant. The entire exercise should be completed by the Circle Officer, Jhajha, Jamui, within a period of three months from the date of filing of representation by the appellant.
