Petitioners are in custody in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 477 of 2018 for the offence under sections 386, 387 and 398 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that allegation against these petitioners is that after taking petrol from the petrol pump, they refused to pay money and fled away by resorting to firing.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 20.2.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioners are in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48994 of 2019(3) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 since 20.2.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Khaira P.S.
