Giving the benefit of doubt to the petitioners and not over looking the fact that the tendency to exaggerate an incident in a complaint petition cannot be ignored, anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur) P. S. Case No. 5 of 2014, which shall be abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in sub-section (2)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19547 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 2/2 of section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. One of the sureties will be executed by a close relative who should be from the said village, where the incident was happened.
