On account of kidnapping of minor girl Chandani Kumari who was a student of class-VII, petitioner along with others have been named. The victim, in her statement under Section 164 of Code of Criminal Procedure, has identified the petitioner as her rapist whereupon, for the present, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
