JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

Allegation is informant was going to deposit money in the bank and due to some petty incident he was beaten by sticks and one gold chain and cash amount of Rs.59,710/- was snatched. Thereafter, petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted informant, his brother and uncle with lathi, danda etc. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 21.5.2016. Chargesheet has been submitted against petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Altogether five persons are named in the F.I.R. including petitioner. General and omnibus allegation has been made. Death of the deceased is said to have taken place in course of treatment after two months of the date of occurrence.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

No.33348 of 2016 (3) dt.30-09-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Goriakothi ( G. B. Nagar) P.S. Case no. 141 of 2015.
