Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P. S. case no. 46/2010 registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are aunts of husband of the deceased. Though there is allegation of demand of dowry as well as torturing and the deceased died within one year of her marriage due to burn injury but taking note of relation of the petitioners with husband of the deceased, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
