The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 409, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, on 16.04.2020, the informant Anita Devi opened an account in SBI, Grahak Seva Kendra, Baraon and deposited Rs. 1,000/- and thereafter, on another date, she deposited Rs. 40,000/- in the said account and when after expiry of 6 - 7 months, the said amount was not credited in her account, she went to the Bank where she found the Bank locked and Manager and other staffs were also not present there and accordingly, present F.I.R. was lodged. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the thrust of the accusation is against accused no. 1, who is Manger of the CSP, Baraon. So far as this petitioner is concerned, he was simply working on the post of Peon and he is in custody since

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
Considering the period of custody and the fact that investigation in the case has already been completed, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge IX cum ACJM V, Sasaram (Rohtas) in connection with Nokha P.S.
