JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/323/379/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of making assault and snatching money.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is father-in-law of the daughter of the informant. The daughter of the informant, at earlier point of time, filed a case under Section 498A as well as section 354 of the Indian Penal Code. Hence, in order to exert pressure upon the petitioner, the cases are being filed, so that the petitioner could not proceed in the cases and transfer his entire property in her name. The injury has been found to be superficial in nature.

No.9956 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 Considering the accusation in the background of litigated relationship between the petitioner and the informant, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Ara Rail P.S. Case No.80 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
