2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 41, 42 of the Indian Forest Act and Sections 5(a), 8 of the Bihar Saw Mills Act.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is he was operating an authorised saw mill which was earlier shut down by the concerned authority. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner does not run any saw mill and has falsely been implicated in this case only with a view to harass him.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58035 of 2025(3) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 antecedent of similar nature, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
