JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State, as well as learned counsel appearing for the University. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be entitled to pay scale in the light of Annexures 'P-3', 'P-3/1'. But unfortunately, the respondents are not considering the case of the petitioner and the monetary benefits which were otherwise available for the petitioner is denied due to inaction on the part of the respondents. Patna High Court CWJC No.15623 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner is entitled to grant of A.C.P. and M.A.C.P. In view of the above, the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to the University to take appropriate decision for grant of A.C.P., M.A.C.P. and also decide the entitlement of the petitioner for pay fixation in light of Annexure 3. Necessary decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner shall be taken by the respondent University at the earliest, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and thereafter the respondents shall ensure consequential monetary benefits to the petitioner within a further period of one month to the petitioner. With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
