The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 211C2 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The seizure list shows that the illicit liquor has been recovered from the bush near the back door of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the recovered materials. It is also submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.61715 of 2021(2) dt.22-04-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Khagaria in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 211C2 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
