This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 14.12.2021 passed by learned Special Judge,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58056 of 2022(2) dt.20-07-2023 2/2 Vigilance, Patna, in Complaint Case No. 6(C) of 2014, by which the complaint case has been dismissed for default. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the Corona period the complaint case has been dismissed for default.

The petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh complaint petition in the Court below mentioning the fact of disposal of earlier complaint for default. If such complaint petition is filed, the same shall be considered on merits. It shall not be treated as second complaint on merits. 5.

Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.
