JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,149,323,504,353 and 283 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners and 200 other persons blocked the road in protest against the death of a person in accident. The mob assaulted vehicle drivers and pelted stones and stopped the administration from discharge of duty. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation has been levelled against the mob. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.10013 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 113 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
